Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated cleaning staff member for permanent, full‑time shifts in Saint Paul, MN. Shift runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:45am at the St. Paul, MN location.

You will perform sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waste disposal, restroom sanitation and surface cleaning to maintain a safe, spotless environment. Must be 18+, English-speaking, pass a background check, and lift up to 30 lbs. Compensation is $17.50 per hour.

• Pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
