Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Part-time Float Pharmacist to support multiple sites in Northern Minnesota, including Duluth. The role handles prescriptions, provides patient information, and ensures service quality.

The position is 32 hours per week with shifts Monday–Friday, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates. Hours may cover locations across the region; on-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• BA or PharmD in Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist license in state of Minnesota or willing to obtain prior to start date.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties
