Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network, offering a blend of in-person and telehealth work. This role provides flexible scheduling with 1 onsite visit biweekly and the rest remote, 8 hours weekly.

Ideal candidates have a Dietetics degree, RD credential, and licensure. You will conduct assessments, build care plans, educate residents, and collaborate with the care team in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current state licensure/certification (if mandated).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments on new admissions and quarterly thereafter.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with CMS/DOH regulations.
