Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Salt Lake City is hiring a Part-time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You will pick and pack orders, stock inventory, and keep the warehouse clean while supporting on-demand shifts through the scheduling app.

Shifts are variable, with two shifts per month minimum and onboarding training provided. You’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, lifting up to 50 lbs and adhering to food safety standards.

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
