Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center, is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate in West Jordan, UT. You will pick up open shifts via our scheduling app, with two shifts per month minimum and four hours per shift, while staying connected with the Site Leadership Team.

You’ll start with onboarding and a 4-hour on-the-job training shift within 14 days, then select shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse ops.
• Detail orientation and focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders through the app and handing off to dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
