About the Team

The Flexible Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will deliver world‑class fan experiences, surpass sales goals, and find innovative ways to engage and attract fans (customers). The role will fit your lifestyle: you’ll support store operations and jump in during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Ability to engage and charm audiences at all levels.
• Flexible schedule readiness, including nights, weekends, holidays; standing for extended periods; lifting 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
• Availability to work 4 hours per month during slow periods, up to ~12 hours per week during peak seasons.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
