About the Team

As a Flex Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

• Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

Schedule & Requirements

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with a proven sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule: willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Availability from 4 hours per month during slower periods up to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Ready to step in for high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15.00 – $17.60, commensurate with experience.
