Pandora Bayshore Town Center is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) to deliver a world‑class shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with expert product knowledge. The role requires availability during peak hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible 4–12 hour per week schedule.

You will connect with customers, embody the Pandora brand, and support store operations while maintaining brand standards and exceptional service.

About The Team

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.

Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

$12.00 per hour - $15.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
