About The Team

The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world‑class experience to customers and surpass sales goals.
• Engage and attract fans with product knowledge and style guidance.
• Support store operations during peak hours, including readiness for high‑traffic periods, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operations.
• Uphold brand culture, building genuine connections with fans to create loyalty.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and periods of no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Complete any assessment required for the role.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care.
• Ability to charm and engage audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum age 18, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and stand for extended periods; able to lift 50+ pounds.
