This 24-hour-per-week role offers an entry path into vehicle maintenance with hands-on training and potential to advance to a diesel technician. No prior experience required; Penske provides instruction on maintenance processes, safety protocols, and the use of advanced equipment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Understand and comply with Penske safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting customers and fueling/washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Maintaining a clean, safe facility environment.
• Developing skills through training to perform minor repairs (tires, maintenance).
• Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
