Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel, wash, and prepare vehicles for the road. You will greet customers with a smile and ensure a safe, positive experience as vehicles leave ready for operation.

No prior experience is required; Penske provides training to teach maintenance processes and safety standards, with opportunities to grow into technician roles while enjoying stability and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Understand and comply with Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Develop skills through training to perform minor repairs such as tire mounting/replacement and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
