Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and across locations as needed.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
• Basic computer skills helpful for daily tasks.
• Must understand and comply with Penske safety policies including DOT/OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience during fueling and vehicle washing.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Assist in maintaining clean and safe facility environment.
• Build skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs (tires, maintenance).
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
