Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Part-Time Fleet Coordinator at our Lihue Service Center location (96766). You will assist in fleet movement, lot organization, inventory, and the in-fleeting process to optimize overall fleet operations.

This role involves coordinating with vendors and managing vehicle appearance and reports. The position requires an 18+ age, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 7am–3:30pm on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lot Organization and vehicle movement monitoring across the location’s fleet.
• Coordinate calls and exchanges with outside organizations and manage driver activity to and from the airport.
• Oversee vehicle cleanliness and assist with fleet movement and allocation decisions.
• Register, track, and manage fleet documentation, recalls, maintenance, and de-fueling as needed.
• Serve as daily point of contact for the driver team and support Fleet Supervisor and Branch Managers.
