Job summary

National Car Rental in Lihue seeks a Part-Time Fleet Coordinator to support fleet movement, lot organization, and vehicle inventory at the Enterprise, Alamo, National Lihue Service Center Location - 96766.

The role covers in-fleeting, asset control, fleet reconciliation, and damage evaluation initiatives, with shifts 7am–3:30pm on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays. Rate of pay is $21.90/hour.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
Able to work 7am - 3:30pm, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Monitor vehicle movement on and off the lot for the entire fleet at the location(s).
Coordinate pickups/drop-offs with airport and vendors.
Manage driver activity to and from the airport and ensure new car stock is properly located.
Oversee vehicle cleanliness and lot organization.
Utilize systems to track vehicle movement for recalls, deletes and maintenance.
Assist with registrations and maintenance tracking.
Serve as point of contact for the driver team and branch managers.
