Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms
• Answer incoming calls professionally and pleasantly
• Assist customers and transfer calls to appropriate associates or areas
• Perform general office duties such as mail service and sorting
• Create daily schedules and signage for shops
• Assist leadership with various projects
• Develop product knowledge and help achieve sales goals
• Stay informed on fashion trends
• Check customers in and out of fitting rooms and monitor merchandise
• Prepare merchandise for return to the sales floor
• Answer questions regarding merchandise location, price, and use
• Contribute to a positive team environment and promote personal growth
• Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Complete basic math calculations
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months of related experience or training
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
