Job description

The Alcester Clubhouse Grille is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Clubhouse Attendant to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests and providing top-notch customer service.

Essential Duties:
  1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide menus. Offer recommendations and answer questions about the menu, beverages, and daily specials.
  2. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Monitor guests’ dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and service.
  3. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
  4. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  6. Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Escalate issues to management when necessary.
  7. Assist managers with monitoring and managing inventory, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked at all times.

Previous experience as a server, bartender, or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
