Job summary

OT Growth Partners is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Orangetheory Fitness studio team in Wilmington. You’ll greet members with energy, present the OTF concept, and guide guests through their first workout with trainers.

The role includes desk duties, selling memberships, handling inquiries, supporting events, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Flexible part-time morning hours available.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros)
• Working at the front desk: answering phones and assisting members
• Giving studio tours to prospective clients
• Guiding intros through their first Orangetheory workout with trainers
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling member concerns professionally to seek resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Keeping all studio areas clean and organized
• All other duties as assigned
