Workout Anytime - LaFollette is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Fitness Consultant who will greet members, promote memberships, answer phones, and assist with daily gym operations with a positive, team-focused attitude.

The role includes conducting guest tours, managing lead follow-ups, participating in or leading marketing events, and creating relationships inside and outside the gym to support growth and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, upbeat, courteous personality.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in members; making them feel welcome.
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
• Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals.
• Conducting guest tours and marketing events.
• Assisting with daily club maintenance and tasks.
• Following up on leads via phone and email.
