Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Fitness Consultant for our LaFollette gym to greet members, promote memberships, answer phones, and help create a welcoming, results‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, upbeat, outgoing personality.
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles, fitness industry, or sales.
• Flexible work schedule preferred.
• Ability to work 9:00–14:30 or 14:30–20:00 on weekdays with rotating weekend shifts (Fri 9–6, Sat 9–3).
• Previous gym experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Becoming an ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime; brand, clubs, and services.
• Greeting and checking in with members; making them feel welcome.
• Answering phones courteously and professionally.
• Selling and setting up new memberships; obtaining referrals from existing members.
• Conducting guest tours.
• Assisting with daily maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Creating relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participating in or managing marketing events.
• Learning and adhering to processes and procedures.
• Following up on leads via phone and email.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Becoming a great ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, and our services.
• Greeting and checking in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential.
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
• Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members.
• Conducting guest tours.
• Assisting with the club’s daily maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Creating relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participating in or managing various marketing events.
• Learning and adhering to our processes and procedures.
• Following up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Always display a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Desired candidates will have some experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales and can work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
• A flexible work schedule is preferred.
• Must be able to work either 9-2:30 or 2:30-8 during the week, as well as rotating weekend shifts on Fridays 9-6 & Saturdays 9-3.
• Previous gym experience is plus but not required.
