The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least five years of fire service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of fire service experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• PA Act 15 background clearances and training certificates at hire.
• Credentialed PA State Fire Academy Instructor preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver classroom and practical fire training in compliance with NFPA/OSHA standards.
• Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and scenarios.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records and certifications.
• Enforce safety protocols during all training sessions.
• Collaborate with Workforce Development staff and local fire departments.
