Job summary

Stream, a fintech company, seeks a part-time Contracts Manager to anchor the US legal contracting workflow in Arlington, VA. You’ll manage NDAs, order forms, renewals, and routine service agreements, reporting to the Global General Counsel and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, People, and Product.

Within the first months you’ll take over high-volume contracts, streamline intake, and begin redlining more substantive agreements with guidance from the attorney.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years contracts experience.
• Must know MS Word (including redlining) and G-suite.
• Fintech experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and process NDAs, order forms, renewals, and simple agreements.
• Redline customer, vendor and partner contracts; coordinate with attorney.
• Manage contract intake and implement a formal intake process.
• Maintain signatures and organized contract records.
• Work from US templates and legal playbook with consistent risk handling.
• Identify bottlenecks and build repeatable processes.
