Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Server to join our team. This Part-Time role delivers prompt, courteous service to guests, takes orders, and ensures accurate transactions in MICROS.

Candidates should have fine dining experience, TABC certification, and strong knowledge of beverages. The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work weekends/holidays, and physical stamina to stand and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fine dining serving experience.
• TABC certification required by start date.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer and ability to present wines.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Clear, courteous English communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to use MICROS to input orders and settlements.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide superior customer service.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Take orders and answer questions on menu and daily specials.
• Communicate dietary needs to kitchen and bar staff.
• Record transactions accurately in MICROS and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and follow up on courses and checks.
• Perform side-work and assist with daily operations as assigned.
