Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Steakhouse Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our new fine-dining restaurant at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati.

You will greet guests, provide upscale dining experiences, upsell features, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service while maintaining a polished appearance and a positive guest relation. Open availability is preferred to cover busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Past food serving experience is required, fine-dining experience preferred.
• Open availability is preferred.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes guests want to return, providing a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
• Greets guests in the restaurant in a positive manner.

• Complete assigned side work.

• Full Menu comprehension.

• Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention.
