World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and support branch operations. You will assist with loan applications, payments, and documentation while delivering excellent service and building community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through informed financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications; take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily and prepare daily branch deposits; transport cash as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit-denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Assist with paying branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
