World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and drive loan sales. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, assist with tax services, and support customers in person at the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, collections, or account management with measurable results preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations while meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections, applications, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments or set payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, and account questions in compliance with policies.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documents; document activity in company systems.
