Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
