The Assistant to the CFO position will work directly with the CFO and the Business Office team, providing high-level administrative and financial support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and financially proficient, with strong financial acumen and demonstrated experience working with budgets, financial analysis, financial reporting, and spreadsheets. The position requires a high degree of accuracy, sound judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
Experience: Prior administrative, business office, finance, accounting, or related experience preferred. Experience working with budgets and financial data is highly desirable.
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GoogleWorkspace is expected; experience with Blackbaud or similar financial systems is preferred.
