• Enrolled Sophomore or Junior in Accounting from a four-year college or university.
• Commitment to work 20-25 hours per week in 4-hour blocks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for financial data.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; team collaboration with supervision.
• Experience with NetSuite and MS Office is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing: assist Staff Accountant with sponsorship invoicing.
• Reconciliations: prepare basic Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Control environment: help ensure internal controls are effective.
• Documentation: maintain accurate supporting information for financial transactions.
• Analysis: gather data and perform various financial analyses.
