Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Field Merchandiser to work with local store teams, restocking and organizing Hallmark displays, and maintaining inventory across assigned retailers. You will communicate via a handheld device and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

The role offers a part-time schedule with an average of 6–10 hours per week, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for annual increases. Availability around major holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Proficiency with a digital hand-held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
• Access to Wi-Fi and the internet.
• Consistent and reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a mobile device; communicate with supervisor; manage store displays.
• Holiday support: work may include extended hours and some holidays around major seasonal periods.
• Department resets: participate in installations and remodeling tasks; may involve evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: operate within Hallmark's field merchandiser network to support territories.
