Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Field Merchandiser in a part‑time capacity to independently showcase the brand in assigned stores. You will restock and organize Hallmark products, engage with store teams and customers, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

The role involves weekly hours around 12–13, with availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends. A mobile device will be provided for duties and training is included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Capacity to manage products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient in operating a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to Wi-Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the department; engage with store employees, management, and customers professionally.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours during major holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocation of card departments, and resetting card sections; assignments may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: support other team members within their territories.
