Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Field Merchandiser who will work independently to showcase the brand, manage time effectively, and build retailer relationships. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and monitor inventory while representing Hallmark in stores.

This part-time role features a flexible schedule, hourly pay of $13 to $15, paid training, and voluntary benefits. Expect seasonal resets, installations, and occasional weekend work during holidays as markets

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays; may work on holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocations; often notified two weeks in advance for remodels.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories.
