Penn State Harrisburg, a member of the NCAA Division III, is accepting applications for a part‑time Assistant Coach for the sport of Field Hockey with the Department of Athletics.

Job Duties

Assisting the Head Coach in recruiting and program development, practice preparation and game day coaching.

Requirements and Qualifications

May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

Hours will vary between 10 to 15 hours/week (off‑season) and 25 to 35 hours/week (in‑season). This is a part‑time hourly opening.

Background Checks/Clearances

• PA State Police Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
• Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check

This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
