Job summary

MCHAP seeks a part-time Chaplain in the Carson City/Reno area to support employees and their families. The role is remote in the field with regular site visits, typically about 10 hours per week, requiring Christian ministry and interfaith sensitivity.

The Chaplain will provide confidential pastoral discussions, offer spiritual guidance, and coordinate referrals while aligning with company values and emergency support needs. Background in ministry and strong communication are essential.
