Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer in-store position seeks a Sales Associate to assist clients and support sales and operations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, building client relationships, and upholding visual standards in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The role may require flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with compensation in line with part-time hourly pay and opportunities for discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion/retail.
• Ability to stand and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Familiarity with XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, lifestyle, client, and heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by using product knowledge, market trends, outreach, and active listening to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
