Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1 in Estero, FL. You will support the store leadership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience for fans of music and pop culture.

You will train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help achieve sales targets while ensuring a positive team environment. This role requires leadership on the floor and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail store experience or more.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Open/close responsibilities and register operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Cover the sales floor and offer leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales, drive add-on sales, and ensure register accuracy.
• Understand sales plans and KPIs (UPT, ADT).
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mixes.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management/HQ.
• Maintain stock room and keep store tidy.
• Develop and retain a collaborative store team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
