Job summary

YMCA of Metro Atlanta is hiring a 21st Century Parent Engagement Coordinator in Brookhaven, GA. Your role will involve supporting parents and coordinating with community agencies to promote student engagement in the program.

You will assist with recruitment, schedule meetings and workshops, and collaborate with the Site Coordinator to ensure smooth operation of the 21st CCLC site. A paraprofessional certificate and experience with Title 1 schools are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Paraprofessional certificate required.
• At least 2 years' experience with Title 1 schools or as a Parent Liaison preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting parents and scheduling virtual meetings.
• Support Site Coordinator in recruitment and attendance.
• Maintain certifications in CPR and First Aid.
