Job summary

Sage Haus LLC. in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time House Manager / Family Assistant to support a busy family with daily rhythm, logistics, meals, and activities for three daughters. You will build relationships with the family, manage schedules, errands, and light childcare in a fast-paced home environment.

You are a proactive communicator who can own tasks, coordinate logistics, and adapt to changing daily needs, including evenings and afterschool activities.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Smoke-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and drop-off to and from afterschool and evening activities (distances up to approximately 30 minutes away).
• Light supervision, homework oversight, and evening snack and backpack prep.
• Kid-related errands.
• Occasional evening childcare coverage, approximately twice per month (date nights).
• Laundry, meal support, and household organization tasks as part of daily rhythm.
• Calendar management and coordination of activities and travel when needed.
