Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Board certification through AANP, ANCC, or applicable national certifying organization.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Comfort working independently seeing patients in-office, virtually and using various technology.
• Minimum of 3 years+ of experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
• Experience caring for patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Perform physical examinations and health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Manage preventative and primary care needs.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide patient education and counseling on preventive health and lifestyle.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists when needed.
• Utilize telemedicine and secure messaging to improve access and continuity of care.
