Job summary

San Jacinto College invites applications for Part-Time Faculty to teach CPD Allied Health CNA courses. Instructors will prepare and deliver class content, assess student progress, and comply with college policies. Courses may be held on any campus or at external training sites, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requires Vocational Nursing license and at least one year of long-term care experience. Preferred: Associate Degree in Nursing and experience in instruction and curriculum

Part-Time Faculty - CPD Allied Health CNA Instructor

Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course. A portion of teaching assignment may be evening classes and possibly weekend classes.

CPD courses may be taught at any of the college's campuses, or at external training sites.

Required Qualifications:

Salary Grade: AH
