Job summary

URBAN LEAGUE OF ROCHESTER NY INC is hiring for a part-time Maintenance Staff position in Rochester, NY. Qualifications

• Experienced in painting, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 lbs.
• Must provide own transportation when needed.
• Flexibility with work schedules is required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpet areas and clean bathrooms.
• Maintain non-carpeted flooring, including sweeping and polishing.
• Perform miscellaneous maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate subcontractors for maintenance work.
• Secure the building upon departure each evening.
