Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cleans sidewalks with a blower and maintains grounds.
• Collects trash from the grounds.
• Assists in setting up meeting rooms (tables, chairs).
• Monitors light fixtures and replaces bulbs as needed.
• Performs minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Maintains tools and equipment for the Maintenance Department.
