Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year of building maintenance or related experience.

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products and chemicals.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions; good judgment in carrying out instructions.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and mechanical cleaning devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down rooms and equipment for classes, meetings, parties, and events.
• Clean facilities including lobby, restrooms, kitchens, offices and reception areas before, during and after use.
• Assist with equipment and furniture needs for events and rentals.
• Use District software to review facility rentals and classes and understand setup needs.
• Maintain complete and accurate reports and records.
• Open/close facility, unlock/lock doors, operate alarm system and lights.
• Perform minor building and equipment maintenance and repair.
