North Carolina State University is seeking a Facility Assistant in Raleigh for a temporary, part-time role with up to 20 hours per week in Wellness and Recreation. You will manage the equipment room, keep facilities clean and welcoming, set up activities and rooms, and report maintenance issues while providing top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Current full-time NC State student enrolled in at least 12 undergraduate or 9 graduate credit hours.
• Certifications: First Aid and Adult CPR / AED should be current or obtained before start.

Responsibilities

• Safety: oversee user safety through supervision and guidelines.
• Customer Service: provide premier service with facility and equipment knowledge.
• Cleaning and general facility operations: clean, organize, and maintain spaces and equipment.
• Equipment Room: manage check-out/in for towels, apparel, and equipment; perform laundry and lost-and-found.
• Open Recreation and Setups: supervise open recreation activities and spaces.
• Cleanliness: maintain facility cleanliness.
