Job summary

Central Lincoln County YMCA in Damariscotta, ME seeks a part-time facilities assistant for 3:00 PM–7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will help keep the campus clean, safe, and well-maintained while supporting staff and program activities.

The role requires being a team player, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills. CPR/First Aid may be required within 60 days of hire; a YMCA membership is included as a benefit.

Qualifications

• Team player with superb interpersonal skills and the ability to work with staff and the public.
• Multi-task and adapt to changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills to record notes and manage simple reports.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commit to the schedule of 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and support a safe, clean campus.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock facilities including restrooms, classrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and report repairs as directed.
• Help with event setups and moving equipment for programs as needed.
