Job summary

Kelly® Engineering is seeking part-time Facility Support Coordinators for temporary onsite assignments in Asheville, NC. The role involves accompanying supplier personnel, monitoring movement, and ensuring compliance with site access requirements without performing any installation or technical supervision.

Schedule is Friday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., 20 hours per week, with potential additional weekday coverage. Pay rate is $30/hr.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance, punctuality and availability for the 20-hour weekly schedule.
• Professional communication and attention to detail when following access rules.
• Ability to stay alert during long shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, steel-toe boots) while onsite.
• Willingness to complete drug screening, background check, site training.
• No degree or manufacturing experience required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Accompany assigned supplier personnel to designated work areas and other authorized destinations.
• Maintain continuous visual oversight of personnel’s whereabouts within authorized areas.
• Coordinate visitor check-in, access, and badging with the onsite lead and facility contacts.
• Report safety, access, scheduling, or other concerns to the onsite lead promptly.
• Arrange coverage with the lead before leaving an area for a break or other duty; plan to stay onsite for lunch.
• Complete required site access training and wear PPE as directed.
