Job summary

TPC Wellness in Mount Orab, OH, is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance worker to help with routine building upkeep, safety, and minor repairs at the Mt. Orab facility.

Responsibilities include basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry tasks within your skill level, plus inspections and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, some handyman experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to use basic tools safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous general maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and identify when a repair requires a qualified professional.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and grounds maintenance.
• Complete minor repairs, painting, landscaping, and general upkeep.
• Assist with basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks within the employee's knowledge and ability.
• Conduct basic inspections of the facility, grounds, vehicles, and equipment and report concerns to the Operations Director.
• Assist with routine vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly facility.
• Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain basic maintenance and service records.
• Maintain an inventory of commonly used maintenance supplies and report items that need to be replaced.
• Assist with coordinating outside vendors or contractors when requested.
• Follow all safety procedures and organizational policies.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Perform other routine maintenance duties as assigned by the Operations Director.
