Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the Operations team. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and respond to service calls across the facility, ensuring safe and efficient operation of mechanical systems.

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, basic electrical/plumbing skills, and strong communication. This on-site role offers hands-on work in a dynamic event environment and requires flexibility to support events.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; related experience may substitute.
HVAC technical training preferred.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Two years’ experience maintaining building mechanical systems incl. HVAC, plumbing, electrical.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance: painting, patching, re-lamping, ceiling tiles, door hardware, basic plumbing.
Assist with preventative maintenance on electrical equipment, motors, controllers, and electro/mechanical devices.
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot facility issues.
Maintain domestic water and related mechanical systems; perform basic electrical tasks.
Operate and maintain painting equipment; prepare surfaces for refinishing.
Record work performed and complete reports in a timely manner.
