Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize projects and tasks by priority to meet deadlines.
• Maintain grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Install, repair plumbing systems and fix electrical issues like lighting.
• Respond to facilities tickets/requests and update checklists.
• Travel to Alhambra and Monterey Park offices for on-site work.
