Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) to support our Business Services & Facilities Management teams in Alhambra, CA, with periodic work at Monterey Park. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facilities tasks.

You will organize projects, maintain grounds and equipment, and travel between offices as needed, while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Alhambra and Monterey Park offices as needed.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Department: Business Services & Office Services

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician with flexible working hours for this part-time position. This team member will work at our Alhambra office and periodically at Monterey Park.

What You’ll Do

• Effectively organize projects and tasks based on priority to help meet expectations and project deadlines.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds, all facilities, and equipment.
• Assist in the day-to-day activities of the Business Services & Facilities department in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facilities.
• Perform a variety of facility maintenance tasks involving some or all of the following skilled trades: plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Install, repair, and maintain lavatories, sinks, toilets, urinals, wash basins, drains, gas and water filters, water valves, drinking fountains, and other plumbing systems.
• Perform electrical repairs such as light tubes, outlets, switches.
• Respond to and complete applicable Facilities tickets/requests.
• Maintain equipment lists, maintenance schedules, and operations checklists/procedures as directed.
• Perform general Facilities maintenance functions as needed.
• Travel to offices in Alhambra and Monterey Park.
• Perform other job-related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

• This position is in-office. The home office for the role is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801. You may periodically need to travel to the office located at 1600 Corporate Center Dr., Monterey Park, CA 91754.
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
