Job summary

Astrana Health Management is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for our Alhambra office with periodic travel to Monterey Park. You will perform a variety of facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and light electrical work, while supporting the Business Services & Facilities department.

The role requires reliable transportation, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, professional demeanor.
Self-driven, quick learner and patient; works with diverse personalities.
Willing to travel between Alhambra and Monterey Park offices as needed.

Responsibilities

Organize projects and tasks by priority to meet expectations and deadlines.
Assist in maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
Support day-to-day operations of Business Services & Facilities per policies and regulations.
Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, carpentry, painting and scheduling preventative maintenance.
Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Carry out basic electrical repairs such as lighting and outlets.
Respond to facilities tickets/requests and update checklists and schedules.
Travel to Alhambra and Monterey Park offices as required.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management.
